We offer flexible options to help you secure your land for sale with owner financing. Cash discounts may be considered, and if the remaining balance is paid within 90 days, you’ll enjoy 0% interest. For longer terms, we offer a reduced rate of 1% on a 5-year note, with down payments due by closing or within 14 days. We’re happy to provide quotes for larger down payments or shorter terms, although lots under $15,000 must be financed at five years or less.
